Terms & Conditions for Using Spacerr
Welcome to Spacerr. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Spacerr website, demo, checkout flow, private code repository access, documentation, support channels, and related services. By accessing or purchasing Spacerr, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, using the demo, contacting support, completing checkout, or accessing the private repository or support community, you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use or purchase Spacerr.
2. Product Access and License
Spacerr is sold as a digital starter kit and source code product. After a successful purchase, eligible buyers receive access to the private GitHub repository, product updates, and the support resources included with their selected plan. You receive a limited, non exclusive, non transferable license to use the code according to your purchased plan. Spacerr and its branding, website, and original source code remain owned by Spacerr or its licensors.
3. Plan Access and Seat Limits
Spacerr Solo includes 1 developer seat, unlimited personal projects with commercial use, the full SaaS stack, marketing features, and lifetime updates. Spacerr Pro includes up to 5 developer seats, unlimited team projects, one 30 minute architecture consult, priority support, and everything in Spacerr Solo. Spacerr Agency includes up to 10 developer seats, client project usage, white label client builds, one 30 minute architecture consult, private Discord support channel access, and everything in Spacerr Pro. A developer seat means one individual who may access or use the private source code, repository, or setup materials.
4. Purchase, Payment, and Delivery
Spacerr purchases are one time digital product purchases unless a checkout page clearly states otherwise. Prices, currencies, taxes, available plans, included seats, and support benefits are shown at checkout and may change for future customers. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Repository access is sent to the GitHub username provided during checkout. Community access is provided after checkout and may require an active Discord account.
5. Updates and Support
Lifetime updates means access to future Spacerr repository updates while the product is actively maintained. It does not guarantee a specific update schedule, a particular future feature, or support for every customization. Support is provided through the channels and priority level included with your selected plan, and architecture consults are limited to the duration shown on the pricing page.
6. Refund Policy
Because Spacerr is a digital source code product with private repository access, purchases are generally final once access has been granted, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where we confirm a duplicate charge, payment error, or access delivery failure that cannot be reasonably resolved. Refund requests must be sent to support with enough detail for review.
7. Cancellation Policy
For one time purchases, there is no recurring subscription to cancel. Your access continues according to the license and plan you purchased unless these terms allow suspension or termination. If a checkout page clearly offers a recurring subscription, you may cancel future renewal through the billing portal or by contacting support before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically refund past charges, repository access already delivered, or the current paid billing period unless required by law or approved under our refund policy.
8. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, repository access, support community access, and any downloaded code. You may not share private repository access, redistribute the source code as a competing starter kit, resell the unmodified codebase, publish private materials publicly, or use Spacerr for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity.
9. Acceptable Use of the Demo and Services
You agree to use the website, demo, AI tools, support tools, and account features only for lawful purposes and in accordance with their intended functionality. You must not interfere with the service, abuse usage limits, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious files or prompts, or disrupt systems, servers, networks, or other users.
10. Data Privacy
We are committed to protecting your data privacy and security. By using Spacerr, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of the content you submit to the demo or support channels, but you grant Spacerr a limited license to process it solely as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the service.
11. No Warranty
Spacerr is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the codebase will fit every project, work with every customization, remain compatible with every third party service change, or produce any specific business result.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Spacerr is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or third party service failures arising from your use of or inability to use the product, demo, codebase, or support services.
13. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Spacerr, the private repository, support channels, or demo features if we believe you violated these terms, abused the service, created security risk, infringed intellectual property rights, failed payment verification, or harmed other users or the platform.
14. Modifications to Terms
Spacerr may update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes are effective when posted unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the website, demo, repository, support channels, or related services after updates means you accept the revised terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Spacerr operates, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes arising under these terms will be handled in the courts or forums available in that jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
16. Acknowledgement
By using or purchasing Spacerr, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you have questions, contact the Spacerr support team before purchasing.
